Driver’s license policy

Driver’s License Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license issued by the country of residence is required and must be presented at the time of rental.
• The license must remain valid throughout the entire rental period.
• Expired driver’s licenses will not be accepted.
• The license must not be altered or modified in any way.
• The physical appearance on the license must match the customer’s actual appearance, and will be verified at the rental counter.
• The signature on the driver’s license must match the signature on the rental documents and the ID used.

If the driver’s license is not in English or Thai, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
