Driver’s License Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license issued by the customer’s country of residence must be presented at the time of rental.

  • The license must be valid for the entire rental period.

  • Expired licenses will not be accepted.

  • The license must not be altered or modified in any way.

  • The photo on the license must match the appearance of the renter and will be verified at the rental counter.

  • If the license is not in English or Thai, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.

  • The signature on the driver’s license must match the signature on the rental agreement and the credit card used.
