WHAT IS THE DRIVER’S LICENSE POLICY?

Here are the friendly guidelines for driver’s license requirements:

• Your driver’s license needs to be valid for the whole duration of your rental.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept expired driver’s licenses.

• Please ensure that your license is free from any alterations.

• Our friendly counter agent will check that the physical description on your license matches your appearance.

• It’s important that the signature on your driver’s license matches the signature on your rental document and the credit identification you provide.

If your driver’s license is in a language other than English or Thai, don’t worry! Just bring along an International Driver’s Permit or a driving license from Southeast Asian countries.
