How to cancel booking on our website

1. Open our website: https://www.drivecarrental.com/
2. Click " Manage "
3. The website will show the form that you need to fulfill
   1. Fulfill this form and Click manage

4. *Please Note the booking confirmation is fulfill the last name and the confirmation number in website: for example: X0000002005

5. Click cancel to cancel the booking
   
   

 If the booking was made through an agent, the customer should contact the agent directly to cancel the booking.
