Prohibition & Company Fine Policy

  • Prohibited Conduct in Rental Vehicles

1. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.


2. Durian is not allowed inside the vehicle, whether for consumption or transportation.


3. Seafood is not permitted in the vehicle, either for consumption or transport.


4. Pets are not allowed in the vehicle.

  • ่Company Fine Policy

1. Fuel Policy: On the day of pick-up, the vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, a refueling charge of THB 60 per liter will apply.

2. Additional Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of THB 3,210 will be charged if any of the following are found inside the vehicle:

  • Smell of cigarette smoke

  • Smell of durian

  • Strong-smelling food

  • Pet hair

  • Cement or tar stains

3. Lost Key Fine: In case of lost car keys, a fine of THB 5,000 – 10,000 will be applied, depending on the type and model of the key.

4. Spare Key Delivery Fee: If a spare key needs to be delivered to the customer, a delivery fee of THB 500 – 1,000 will be charged, depending on the distance and location.

5. Lost License Plate Fine: In the event of a lost license plate, a fine of THB 1,070 per plate will be charged.
